This project is currently underway in Kovilpatty, Tamil Nadu, where we have taken on a complete interior contract. While tailoring the layout and color tones to meet the specific preferences of our clients, we have also ensured the preservation of the overall visual impact that we aim to achieve.
Contemporary Residence
Transformation of a historic ancestral dwelling into a contemporary and user-centric residence through demolition and renovation. Encompassing an area of 4500 square feet, this home features four bedrooms and two expansive living spaces. Situated in Palakkad.

To achieve a lavish aesthetic, we chose brushed gold profiles accentuating PU-finished panels and furniture. Employing understated, soft-hued fabrics to enhance the overall sense of elegance.

Responding to the client's preference for minimalist aesthetics and a rejuvenating atmosphere in their decade-old villa, Our team undertook a month-long project encompassing various aspects such as kitchen units, bed wall panelling, painting, as well as furniture and furnishings.
Traditional Villa Interiors
Embarking on the task of refining the interior details to transform the residence of Mr. Venkat Narayan and Mrs. Anuradha Venkat Narayan into their envisioned Dream Home! A diverse fusion of ethnic teak, cane, mosaic tiles, terracotta, slate and artistic elements. Our scope includes a modular kitchen, wardrobe installations, bed cots and other harmonizing finishes. Despite the distance, this project became an invigorating endeavour for the team, who embraced the novelty of the location with enthusiasm and enjoyment!
Budgeted Apartment Interiors, Thrissur
Infusing a contemporary and inviting vibe, we experimented with wall hues and decorative moldings to bestow a fresh appearance upon the apartment. Complemented by minimalist Sheesham and pine wood furnishings against a subdued backdrop, we achieved the desired modern elegance within the interior space.
House Renovation in Thrissur
Revitalizing an aged dwelling into a lively sanctuary, our renovation venture includes a refreshed exterior, added balcony, modern kitchen and custom wardrobes. Employing budget-conscious innovation, we enhance the façade with a new canopy, stone-clad boxes and intricate jali brickwork for a renewed freshness.
Farm House interiors.
Our long-standing partnership with the Athachi group spans several years. Notably, we served as Project Management Consultants for their expansive 35000 square feet farm house nestled amidst the Palakkad region, bordered by the Western Ghats. In addition to overseeing the project, we orchestrated substantial interior enhancements throughout the farmhouse, encompassing key areas such as the kitchen and bedrooms.
Luxurious Villa Interiors, Cbe
Crafting theme-based interiors for each room of a three-story villa located in Sai Baba Colony, our design team successfully conceptualized and brought to life distinct themes for spaces such as kids' rooms, bedrooms, a home theater and the living area. The clients' precise requirements served as valuable guidelines, facilitating a seamless execution of the project.
Chairmans Office Space, Palakkad
Continuing our collaboration with the Athachi group, we undertook another project featuring a captivating teal green theme complemented by a backdrop adorned with the 'Flowers of Life' motif. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, we successfully achieved the project's objectives within the stipulated timeframe. The result was a lavish cabin meticulously designed for Chairman Mr. Raju Subramanium.

We curated a commercial space spanning approximately 2500 square feet in Thrissur, tailored to suit the needs of a non-banking office.

Traditional Row House, Kalpathy
We created a residence that harmonizes with the established row house style on Vedic Street. Despite the constraints of a narrow and elongated plot, we seamlessly integrated contemporary amenities with a traditional flair.
Studio space interiors
We crafted a self-contained studio room encompassing a kitchen and living space, exclusively designed for private residential use. Enhanced with Corian countertops and modular kitchen installations, the room achieves both functional autonomy and a sleek appearance.
